The goal of the project is the implementation of information technology to manage business transactions electronically, in order to increase revenue growth.
The business challenges of recent years forced the project manager to look for ways to work more efficiently, reduce costs, attract new customers and increase income. The solution is the implementation of a customer self-service model. This will allow the company’s customers to independently submit and manage their orders, track the progress of production planning, product delivery and deadlines. It will also allow data exchange related to sales documentation, problem solutions and other self-service operations.

Project value: EUR 45,000.00, of which EUR 33,750.00 is financed from the European Regional Development Fund as a measure of the European Union’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic and EUR 11,250.00 from the applicant’s funds.
