Corrugated cardboard is produced and rolled into rolls (two-layer) or cut into sheets (three- and five-layer).
Slotted boxes consist of basically one piece with a glued, stitched or taped manufacturers joint and top and bottom flaps. They are shipped flat, ready to use and require closing using the flaps provided.
Telescopic boxes usually consist of more than one piece, having several box components that fit over each other. A single part of your choice, either the bottom or the lid of the box, is also available.
More commonly known as wrapping. Folder boxes and trays are usually made from one piece of corrugated cardboard. The bottom of the box is hinged to form two or all side walls and the cover. The packaging is designed to “wrap” the items, making it suitable for packaging furniture and large products. Locking tabs and handles can be incorporated in some designs. Additional box components are available separately.
More commonly referred to as a “slide-in”, “sleeve” or “envelope” type of packaging boxes. The slide-type boxes consist of several sheets. The separate pieces of liners and sleeves are assembled into a single piece of packaging by sliding in different directions into each other. This group also includes other sliding components that can be adapted for other types of cases in the catalogue.
Rigid packaging boxes generally consist of two separate end pieces and one main piece forming the bottom and top of the box. Before the box can be used, an additional process is required to join the side pieces to the main piece by stitching or stapling.
Ready-glued boxes consist of a single piece, these boxes are glued and shipped flat as a final product. No additional steps are required before use.
Additional interior fitments (separate components) such as overlays, dividers, pads, inner liners, partitions, etc. may be integrated in the box design or delivered separately.
